Plans explained
How Basic, Per Seat and Enterprise differ.
Ferio comes in three plans: Basic, Per Seat and Enterprise. Every plan runs on the same engine and includes every feature. What changes is how many people you can invite into your workspace and how you are billed. VAT is not shown in the plan price; Stripe adds it on the invoice based on your billing country.
Basic
Basic is for startups and small teams, up to 15 people. It charges one flat monthly fee regardless of how many of those seats you fill, so a team of 6 and a team of 14 pay the same. You get the full country-profile engine, one-step approvals, the team calendar, Google Calendar and iCal sync, email notifications, document uploads, the audit log and reports.
Per Seat
Per Seat is for growing companies with several offices or nationalities, from 16 up to 130 people. Instead of a flat fee, you pay a monthly rate per seat, so the bill tracks your headcount. It includes everything in Basic plus priority email support. Multiple country profiles live in one workspace, and each person still sees their own country-correct calendar and entitlement.
Enterprise
Enterprise is for teams of 131 people and up. Pricing is a negotiated flat monthly amount rather than a catalog per-seat rate, with volume discounts, a dedicated contact, custom data-processing terms and an SLA. Enterprise deals are set up and changed by our sales team, not from the billing page.
Your plan follows your seat count. As you add or remove seats, Ferio picks the tier whose range covers the new number. See Change seats or plan for how a move between tiers is billed.
