What data we collect
We collect the information you provide directly when you sign up: your name, email, organisation, and the leave-management settings you configure during onboarding. We also collect operational metadata such as login timestamps and the IP address of the device you sign in from.
When your colleagues use the platform, we store the leave requests, balances, and approvals they submit. None of this content is shared outside your tenant.
How we use your data
We use the data you provide to operate the service: routing approvals, sending transactional emails (request submitted / approved / rejected), and producing the reports admins read. We do not use customer content for advertising or to train third-party models.
Service performance is monitored via aggregated telemetry (error rates, request latencies, anonymised page views). This data never includes the body of a leave request or any personally identifiable field.
Data sharing and third parties
We share data with a small number of subprocessors required to run the service: email delivery, hosting, and database hosting. Each one is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.
We do not sell customer data and we do not share it with advertisers. A complete subprocessor list is available on request.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Account holders can edit most fields themselves under Settings → Profile; for anything that's locked, write to support@ferio.eu and we'll process the request within 30 days.
If you believe we're handling your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. In Hungary that's the NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság).
