Entitlements and balances, calculated for you
Set your leave rules once (per country, per type) and Ferio works out everyone's entitlement, tracks every day used, and rolls the remainder over at year-end. No formulas, no spreadsheet, no arguments about who has how many days left.
How balances work
in three steps
Set the rules per country
In each country profile you set the base allowance and the accrual rules (extra days for age, children or seniority) plus which leave types apply.
Ferio works out each person's entitlement
Everyone assigned to that profile gets their exact allowance calculated automatically, prorated for anyone who joined or left mid-year.
Balances stay live as leave is booked
Approved days come off the balance, pending days are held, and unused days carry over when the leave year rolls.
Built from your real rules, not a flat number
A single "20 days for everyone" rarely matches the law or your policy. Ferio builds each allowance from the factors that actually apply (statutory base, age bands, number of children, seniority), so the number on screen is the number the employee is owed.
Handled automatically at year-end
When the leave year rolls over, Ferio carries unused days forward under the rules you set and opens the new year's allowance, on the date you choose. Nobody re-keys a balance in January.
Different rules for every country you operate in
Hungary, France, Germany: each country profile carries its own base allowance, leave types and public holidays. Assign an employee to a profile and they inherit the right rules; the same request form and the same reports work across all of them.
