CSV exports
Export any report to a spreadsheet in a click.
Any report can go to a spreadsheet in one click. The export mirrors what the table shows: the same rows, the same filters and the same order, nothing added or trimmed.
Export a report
Open any report, set your filters, then choose Export CSV. The file downloads at once, named after the report. The button only appears if your role holds the Export data permission, so someone who can read a report on screen is not automatically allowed to bulk-extract it.
What is in the file
The CSV holds the visible columns of the report, one line per row, with a header row on top. Because the export follows your current filters, exporting the Individual Summary for a single team gives you that team only. The audit log exports the same way, with a line per logged action and its old and new values.
Report exports are built in your browser from the data already on screen. The audit-log export is built on the server and streams every matching row, past the 50-per-page limit of the on-screen view.
Opening it in a spreadsheet
Every file starts with a UTF-8 byte-order mark, which is what lets Excel show Hungarian accented characters correctly instead of garbled text. Double-click the file and it opens straight into columns. Values are quoted, so a note that contains a comma stays inside one cell.
