The request detail page and timeline
Read a request's status, history and documents.
Every request has its own page. Open one from My Leave to read its current status, the full history of what happened to it, and any attached documents.
The header and key facts
The top card shows the leave type, the date range and a status badge: Pending, Approved, Rejected or Cancelled. Three tiles below it give the total working days, when the request was submitted, and your remaining balance for that type. A details block lists the type, the start and end dates, whether the type is paid, the document policy, your note and, for a backdated entry, its reason.
The approval timeline
The timeline lists each event in order: submitted (or submitted on your behalf), approved or automatically approved, rejected with the reason given, and cancelled. Document uploads and deletions appear here too. A request still waiting shows a pending marker until someone decides.
Documents and actions
If the type takes documents, the Documents section lets you upload and download them. The buttons at the bottom depend on who is viewing: you can cancel your own request where it is allowed, and approvers see Approve and Reject.
For the details, see Edit, cancel or withdraw a request and Attach a document to a request.
Records brought in from a previous system are shown read-only, with a Prior system badge and no action buttons.
